The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the highly professional receptionist. Breakfast stood out with its amazing variety and attentive F&B staff, creating a great start to our day. Our room offered breathtaking lake views that added a magical touch to our evenings.

There was inconsistency in front desk service, which affected the overall impression.

Family suitable stay with great breakfast

We had a fantastic breakfast buffet that had a wide selection, fruit, eggs and more, really set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and really helpful during our stay, especially Luigi at the front desk who got us a taxi when we needed it.

It wasn't cheap but considering the experience, I guess it was acceptable.

The connecting rooms made it easy to care for my elderly dad. The staff's concierge suggestions enhanced our stay, and the massive breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our mornings.

Noise from outside was unbearable at times!!! The air conditioning control issue was baffling, making it a challenge to stay comfortable with extreme temperatures. Limited parking availability made finding a spot stressful!!!

Spacious room, comfortable room, with excellent air conditioning that was much welcomed during the summer heat and a delightful breakfast served outdoors that provided a great start to our day, all within a 10-minute walk from the train station.
